This is a Spanish Style, one-story duplex property (owner-occupied on one side) recently updated to reflect a more Mediterranean exterior. The building itself is 2448 square feet. Remodeled detached garage where a long, narrow driveway ends. Garage is for one car with a carport attached to it which is normally used as a covered backyard patio.
