New Jersey 26 acre gated manor with two stone houses with a pond, waterfall, and stream. Jacksonburg Manor is a very unique property of 26 acres with two houses. The first house is a small stone one bedroom cottage with a loft, wood burning fireplace and bucolic views. The main house is over 7000 sq ft with a 5000 sq ft attached temperature controlled garage with an office and a half bathroom. The house has seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bathroom, library/office, dining room, media room, and solarium with a balcony and bucolic views. It also includes a finished basement, panic room and security room. The basement is currently being updated to include a large bar/game room with a billiards table. There are outlets approximately every 6 ft on every flat wall. There is 108 panel ground mount solar array that does not obstruct views. The kitchen has an island that is 15 ft 9 in by 6 ft 6 in, 36 in SubZero refrigerator, 36 in SubZero freezer, Viking warming drawer, and a 60 in Viking double oven/range with 6 burners and 24 inch griddle. There are two verandas, one is 1000 sq ft and the second is 450 sq ft. Each of the four bedrooms on the east side of the house have a Juliet balcony. In the front of the main house is parking for more than 20 cars or approximately 5 tractor trailers. Inside the garage is parking for over 20 cars. If more parking is needed, the parking area of the second house can hold approximately another 15 cars or several tractor trailers which is also gated. In the driveway is parking for approximately 5 more cars. In the backyard of the main house is a large pond with a manmade waterfall. The property is very secluded, the driveway to the main house is gated to control access. The property has open fields and a wooded area. In the wooded area there is a natural waterfall. The different areas of the property provide the ability to appear that you are in multiple different locations. This property is located in Blairstown, NJ; where the original Friday the 13th was partially filmed. We have had a catalog for an outdoor and tactical gear shot here, as well as an independent film called Obey Evil. The Blairstown Airport is located 2.5 miles from the property. The property is ten to fifteen minutes from US Rt 80 which gives you easy access to New York City. The main house has its own 150 kw automatic backup generator so their is no need to worry about losing power during production. The property has a 108 panel ground mount solar array that does not obstruct the bucolic views. Outlets are approximately every 6 ft on flat walls.
We have a tractor, UTV, riding mower, Bass boat, child's 2 seater Go-Kart, enclosed trailer, and a 1967 Oldsmobile 442 convertible available to be used as props. The garage is fully equipped with automotive, carpentry, and landscaping tools which are available to be used as well as props.
We have consultants available for medical and law enforcement to help in production.
Parking at the second house is for approximately 15 more cars or several tractor trailers, which also in a gated area.
Additional parking for approximately 5 more cars is available in the driveway.
