We are a small, charming New England Inn. We have 13 guest rooms. We have a ball room, a tap/bar room, barn, lobby, patio, library, full commercial kitchen &jazz club.

All of our space is available for rent and we also have our Inn guest rooms and a kitchen with a chef on staff to feed cast and crew. Our outdoor patio space is beautiful and our surroundings include two art museums, beaches and the Connecticut River. The property is beautiful all seasons of the year.

The world class jazz club within the Inn is very unique and resembles a Classic City Jazz Club. Our dining rooms and guest rooms have fireplaces. There is an empty old house barn behind the property.
