Robert and Rosemary Stack once owned the property in the 1960s. The Old Las Palmas neighborhood is rich in Hollywood History. With ample greenery, vibrant blooming plants, flowers and a tranquil ambiance, our location awaits you. Our property is more than just a picturesque backdrop; it's a full-package experience that ensures your film crew's comfort. Crew Accommodations: As a City of Palm Springs licensed short-term vacation rental property and event venue, we offer four individual casitas/ suites, each with private entries, bathrooms, coffee makers, etc., for up to 10 guests. Additional accommodations are negotiable. Location Convenience: Our estate sits in the historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood, two hours from Hollywood. The property is six short blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Although parking on our street is limited, we can hold seven vehicles within our gates, and there is public parking a few blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants and caterers are nearby, making commuting to the set convenient for your cast and crew. Versatility in Every Frame: Whether you're working on a romantic drama, garden and poolside scene, whimsical fantasy, action, comedy, drama, fantasy, horror, mystery, thriller or western, our estate can transform to fit your vision. Five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, four casita suites, open format living room with fireplace and piano. The living room space contains Spanish French, wide pocket doors for easy opening and access for your crew, creating a 20-foot wide stage.

The courtyard and garden property includes flowering arches, a small vegetable garden, vines, exotic plants, trees, bushes and flowers, including purple sky flowers (duranta), bougainvillea, banana trees, epiphyllum, hibiscus and seasonal plantings. The interplay of light and shadows, the gentle rustling of leaves, trickling water fountains, hummingbirds, butterflies and four resident desert tortoises create an immersive experience to develop your scenes.
The gardens provide stunning backdrops for special events, garden weddings and celebrations. The various picturesque settings of plants sprinkled with water fountains and canopied by palm trees provide a visually captivating atmosphere and enhance the overall ambiance of any occasion.
