Mercy Meadows Farm is located in Moneta VA, about 8 miles away from the famous Smith Mountain Lake. 100 of the acres is pasture and 25 acres are woods. There are two small creeks that constantly run through the land. I have about 20 cow on the back 50 acres. I have four wheelers that could be used to get around the property. I have about 175 Lavender plants that bloom each spring providing amazing beauty and aroma. There are two old buildings present , one old barn as well as one old milk barn, that add character to the scenery. The farm sits over 1/2 mile off main road which makes it extremely private. The view on the way in to farm on a clear day takes your breath away! There are two houses on the property, total of seven bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that could be included with the land rental. I also have 3 bedroom condo directly on Smith Mountain lake that could be rented out to the crew. There is pool located on farm property as well as at condo. there are tennis courts and jacuzzi at condo, and small work out room. There is boat slip present that could be uses as well.
